An unarmed person simply doesnt deserve to be treated that way. You can't win in court based on truth alone. The police view of the incident is taken as gospel and won't be refuted. Even cops can make mistakes..... |

Keytones are created by reacting alcohols in a lab (there's alot more to it and this is very simplified) so it is reasonable that he could have thought he smelt alcohol on your breath and a breath test might have said the same thing. |
