Dispute with: A Business, Company, or Store
Amount: $1,001 to $10,000
Description:I was on a slide with my daughter at a local water park which has a jet\conveyor system to shoot the slides forward and my toe was injured while on it. My toe nail was pretty much ripped off and I have a gash (all picture documented), which was made worse as the onsite EMT basically put a tourniquet (sp?) on it. I had to visit an emergency room and experienced a lot of pain along with the emotional distress of my children seeing me bleed as I waited for help at the park.
