Dispute with: A Business, Company, or Store
Amount: $1 to $1,000
Description:Hi
My paypal account has been hacked and the suspect took money out of my account to make some purchases. As soon as it happened, I notified Paypal. They did not take any action, and I'm getting frustrated and feel like sueing them because their policy says if you become a victim of unauthorized transactions Paypal with do their investigation within 10 days and reimburse you.But the way they are acting right now, it does not seem like they are willing to take any action to help me as a victim. Please help me.
