Description:me and a partner owned a house together.I had a new loan ready to close on,to get there name released,but my partner went behind my back and closed on the house,and would not tell me where the closeing was,and recieved 44,500 dollars at closeing.I had signed a special durable power of attorney,that I was told was only going to be used to look up documents,but was used to sign my name at the secret closing,this POA was never filed with the county,my partner new I had a new loan ready for closeing,but was working two loans at the same time,,I already had a complete power of attorney on file from my mother from 1980,and is still active,,I feel that I was fraued by my partner,and the co. that purched the house,,I would like to sue for my share of the loan proceeds,and I do not belive that the POA that was used to sign my name was legal,and why did they do this behind my back??? also: this closeing was done on 6/27/07,,so I think it needs to be filed asap
