Description:	My friend referred me Kyle Sponholz to me. He helped me to install 2 new air conditioners for my home last September. When I turned on the air conditioning in May, the air that came out from vents was hot., so I called Kyle over to check on them. He only fixed the upstairs one; but the downstair one can't be fixed.It took him almost 1 month time to do this. He gave up, and tried to get new one from the Ducane company since the air conditioner is still under warranty. It's been over 2 weeks- two months since I called him about the air conditioning problem- but he never came back to replace the broken air conditioner. The worst part is that he took out the problem one with him and never brought in a new one. I have been calling him almost every day, but he never returns my calls. The upstairs air conditioner is only 2 tons and cannot support the downstairs air conditioner. My husband, 2 children, 2 dogs, 1 chinchilla, 4 mice, and myself included, have been living in 90 degree hot weather for over 2 weeks!!! What should I do? We can't stand the heat anymore.
