Description:	I have proof that a neighbor lied in the custody hearing for my children that I lost, due in part to her testimony. I want to file a civil lawsuit against her because I can't convince the Sheriff to open a perjury case. The proof is solid and legal according to Florida Statute 934.03 and all case law. I don't expect much money from this case, but there's another that's related involving a psychologist that could return over $100,000 or more.
