Dispute with: A Business, Company, or Store
Amount: $10,001 to $100,000
Description: i fell at work about 8 weeks ago to my back on the concrete, work put me on restrictions and sent me to a back specialist, this was a bad fall from about 3rd step on a ladder. The doctor thought i had some pretty bad problems fracture, wedge etc from the innitial xray, so he ordered a ct scan. The company did not schedule the scan for 3 and a half weeks allowing me to walk around not knowing how stable my back was. when i finally got my scan it looked decent, though i am still very sore. I resumed working with out restrictions as ordered and was not given any physical therapy, it hurts every day and i feel like i was not prepared for return to work. I am basically afraid i will get hurt again and tempted to sue them for taking so long on the ct scan, do i have a case? ps this i s a very large company
