Dispute with: A Business, Company, or Store
Amount: $10,001 to $100,000
Description:cbrand5566@sbcglobal.net B of A passed counterfiet $100's back to customer in violation of federal law realized the huge mistake 10 minutes after the small business owner left the bank and called authorities to cover their own butt and had customer charged with passing funny money to them. When authorities arrested me I had possession of bills. Who passed them to who? The security video will answer that question but the bank in the face of a court order still refuses to suppy the footage to clear my name. The first supeana issued 10-23-09. The banks respones to that was to close my checking, savivings, and visa accounts! If Jerry Rice has the football it's because Joe Montana 'passed it to him'. I had possession of bills because the bank passed them to me. My business was grossing 1,100.00 per week now with the character defamation associated with being arrested at my home my business failed. The bank lied in the police report or Sacramento County Sheriffs have done some creative writing...AGAIN! One or the other is resposible for the damages. $1,100.00 a week since 10-01-09 ($19,000) when the video proves the lie and shows the legal surrendering of all currency in my possession for verification do I have a cause of action to recover real damages
